2. Product Orders & Customization
2.1 All products on our Website (including the Custom Solar LED Backlit House Number Sign) are made to order. When you place an order, you provide accurate customization details (e.g., house numbers), shipping information, and payment details. We reserve the right to verify your order information and cancel orders with inaccurate or incomplete details.
2.2 We will send you an order confirmation email to the address you provide within 24 business hours of your purchase. This confirmation is not a guarantee of fulfillment; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, technical errors, or fraudulent activity.
2.3 Customization requests are final once your order is confirmed. We cannot modify or change customization details (e.g., house numbers) after production has begun.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
3.1 Order processing time is 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order confirmation, excluding shipping time. Processing time may be extended for bulk orders or complex custom requests (we will notify you of any delays via email).
3.2 We will ship your order once production is complete and send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
3.3 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping details provided by you.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 All prices on the Website are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include all product costs; shipping fees are added at checkout as per our Shipping Policy.
4.2 We accept major credit/debit cards and other third-party payment methods as displayed on the Website. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers.
4.3 Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We will not begin production of your custom product until payment is confirmed.
