CustomHomeSign ships products worldwide to most countries and regions via trusted third-party shipping carriers. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on https://customhomesign.com/ and outlines our shipping fees, processing times, delivery timelines, and related terms.

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of confirmed payment. Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended for:
 
  • Bulk orders (10+ products)
  • Complex custom design requests
  • Incomplete or inaccurate order information (we will contact you to resolve this, which may delay processing)
 
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 business hours of placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available) once your order has been shipped.
 

3. Shipping Timelines

 
Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days to most destinations worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to:
 
  • Customs clearance procedures (international orders)
  • Public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events
  • Remote shipping locations

No additional shipping fees are added for customizations or multiple items in a single order (the order total is the combined price of all products in your cart).
 

5. Shipping Addresses

 
5.1 You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address (including street name, house number, postal code, and contact phone number) at checkout.
 
5.2 We cannot modify or change shipping addresses after your order has been shipped. If you need to update your shipping address before shipping, please contact us immediately at Info@customhomesign.com with the subject line “Address Update - [Your Order Number]”.
 
5.3 We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees to resend the order.

For bulk orders (10+ products), please contact us at Info@customhomesign.com for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline. Bulk orders may qualify for discounted or free shipping regardless of the order total.
